First year of university has been over since my last exam on Friday so am now able to put 100% into getting fitter, living healthily and having some new experiences :)
Yesterday, for example, I woke up and did half an hour of pilates, then spent an hour playing tennis before a half hour swim. I did plenty of walking, ate really well and got an early night. It makes me wonder why I haven’t tried harder to make healthy living a lifestyle rather than half arsing it all the time and making bad choices leading to weight gain…
I feel so good right now and just want these emotions to continue. The sun is shining, I have a belly full of cinnamon oatmeal and chai tea and have already done 30 minutes pilates :) Circuit training later at the gym, then swimming.
